Targetor Cycle is based on Targetor Workshop and Targetor Cube software solutions and their array of applications. Targetor Workshop supports Targetor Cycle phases 1 and 2. Targetor Cube supports Targetor Cycle phase 3.

Phase 1 includes the Targetor Workshop tool, in which you can load various working templates that aid you in brainstorming, defining, processing, and planning strategy building blocks.
Phase 2 also includes the Targetor Workshop tool, but in this phase you can only access the workshops that have the word "roadmap" in their name. Phase 2 includes those workshops that are geared toward long-term planning.
In Phase 3, Targetor Cube opens. Phase 3 involves the communication, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of strategy and annual plans.
Phase 4 is a measurement phase that involves processing of financial and numeric data. You can use Targetor Cube to create views in Phase 4 programs e.g. via links or by transferring Excel data.
